SHIPPING AND POSTAGE INFORMATION
Love Lily Dance & Leisure Wear deliver Monday - Saturday in line with Royal Mail within the United Kingdom, other regions may vary. Love Lily are not responsible should union strikes occur in individual countries.
Delivery times given on this website are only indicative, actual delivery times may vary depending on destination.
If fabric is in stock Love Lily aim to send out orders between 10 - 12 working days. Special orders may take longer depending on specification.
Postage will be quoted on purchase of order. Love Lily Dance & Leisure Wear do not wish to profit from postage costs but please note the cost of postage also includes packaging and admin time. Unless specifically requested at time of purchase there will be no tracking on individual orders.
All orders above £75 will be shipped free of charge, second class within the United Kingdom only.
We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from delivery.
The customer is responsible for any customs/tax fees associated with International shipments (outside of the UK).
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Love Lily do our best to create the perfect skirt for you and to provide the best customer satisfaction we can. However, if you do find a fault with your skirt please send us an email with a description and where possible a photo of the fault. If we agree with the fault we will send out a new skirt (subject to stock availability) with a stamped addressed envelope so you can post back the faulty skirt with the Love Lily skirt protector which we will examine for quality control purposes. Please do not send back the skirt until you have emailed us. Love Lily will not be responsible for any postage incurred by yourself.
All faults must be reported to Love Lily Dance & Leisure Wear within 14 days of receiving your order from us.
We cannot exchange or refund skirts for any other reason, all sales are final.
Subject to stock availability faulty skirts will be replaced within 10 working days. If there is no availability we will offer you a refund or you may chose an alternative skirt at the same price as the original skirt. There will be no postage charge for your replacement skirt.
Love Lily is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit (post).
Only faulty items bought directly from our 'Love Lily Dance & Leisure Wear' website may be returned.
If we are unable to complete your order due to the unavailability of the fabric or any other reason, we will ensure you are contacted promptly to discuss whether you wish to amend your order or prefer a full refund.
At Love Lily all our fabrics are carefully selected to provide the best material we can for your dance wear. Please ensure you read the product description carefully as not all our materials are the same. We have sourced some beautiful top end Japanese chiffons, fabulous Georgettes and stunning French Crepes but we are aware these fabrics are delicate in nature. Please use the protective Love Lily bag your product comes in and ensure you wash the product according to our care instructions.
Please note that colour variation may occur due to your current screen resolutions.
Love Lily Dance & Leisure Wear will not disclose any customer information to any third party organisation.
Although imitation is meant to be the best form of compliment, we are a very small family run company and would kindly ask you not to copy any of our imagery, logos or brand information without prior written agreement from Love Lily Dance & Leisure Wear. Requests from dance or fashion students will be viewed favourably.
